Designed for travellers who want the compact towing appeal of a single-axle caravan with greater layout flexibility, more living options and practical external storage.
DISCOVER What Sets the TORUS RV 16ft9 Rear Ensuite Apart?
The 16ft Kakadu is a popular choice for travellers who want a compact, capable single-axle caravan. However, some customers wanted more flexibility inside without moving into one of our larger models.
The 16ft9 was created to bridge that gap.
The additional length may seem small, but it has opened up new possibilities within the living area. Customers can choose between different layout orientations, lounge configurations and internal cooking options, while also gaining practical external storage.
It retains the compact towing appeal and full off-road capability people love about the 16ft, while providing more choice inside without requiring the move to a larger dual-axle caravan.
The additional length allows for alternative layout orientations that were not possible within the 16ft model, giving you more freedom to choose how your living space is arranged.
Choose from available lounge configurations, including a café-style lounge or an L-shaped lounge, depending on your preferred layout.
Choose a gas Thetford stove and grill for complete internal cooking, or leave the area free from fixed cooking appliances with a conveniently positioned 240V power point.
A large entertainment-style external hatch provides easy access to campsite gear, outdoor accessories and frequently used items without needing to carry everything through the caravan.
The 16ft9 isn’t simply a longer version of the 16ft. Its additional space has been carefully used to create more layout and living options.
