Mundi Mundi Bash 2026

Join the Torus RV Crew

Come and camp with the Torus RV crew for a big week of music, sunsets, campfires and good company in the outback. We’re putting together convoy and travel details now. In the meantime, there are a couple of bookings you should lock in early.

Step 1: Book your festival tickets

Tickets are sold through the official Mundi Mundi Bash ticketing site. If you’re coming with the Torus group, don’t leave this until the last minute, the event and add ons can sell out.

Step 2: Book the 2 Day Early Entry Vehicle Pass

If you want to camp with the Torus RV crew inside Mundiville, the 2 Day Early Entry Vehicle Pass is essential.

Why it matters

  • Our group will be rolling in on Tuesday 18 August (early entry), which gives us time to get everyone together and set up camp as a group before the main rush arrives.

  • Early entry passes are per vehicle, and cover your vehicle, everyone in it, plus anything you’re towing.

  • Standard entry starts ont he 20th August, so if you arrive on standard entry you’ll miss the window to camp together in the same crew area.

Step 3: Plan your Broken Hill night (recommended)

Meeting location and exact time in Broken Hill is TBC, we’ll update this page as soon as it’s locked in.

For now, we recommend you pre book accommodation or camping in Broken Hill so you’re in town, fuelled up, stocked up, and ready to roll out on 18 August with your early entry pass.

A popular option is the Broken Hill Racecourse overflow camping around Bash week, it’s designed for self sufficient campers and booked per vehicle.

Step 4: What to bring

This is outback camping, think hot days, cool nights, dust, wind, and big distances. Here are a few tips to help you be Mundi Mundi ready.

Essentials for Everyone

  • Water, as much as you can safely carry. A water bladder in the car or ute tray can be a game changer so you can squeeze in a few more “real showers”.

  • Plenty of food and snacks. Don’t forget you can also eat at the many food vendors in the evenings.

  • Firewood: you can BYO firewood or order firewood via THIS LINK to pick up at the event.

  • Camp chairs, table, shade gazebo, or awning walls for your caravan setup.

  • Warm gear for nights: beanie, jacket, blanket etc…

  • Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses.

  • Head torches or torches, the tracks are dark at night when walking back to camp after the concerts or for a toilet run, you will need a light source.

  • 2–3 large black rubbish bags for your rubbish quota.

  • First aid kit plus any regular medications.

  • Cash for small vendors. Not everyone has EFTPOS due to the limited service.

  • Fly a flag (or bring a marker): the camp is enormous and a lot of people fly a flag on a tall pole to make it easy to find their site. Get creative and bring something that helps you spot your camp each day.

“Festival life” gear that makes it easier

  • Concert trolley for carrying chairs, water, esky, merch. HERE is a great example for only $59.00.

  • Esky, ice, and glass free beverages for the concert area.

  • Phone power bank and 12V chargers.

  • Stubby holders, drink bottle, hydration solutions (Large water bottle, hydralyte etc).

  • Be ready for all temperatures. Sunscreen and a hat for the afternoon at the stage; it gets HOT, plus jackets and jumpers for nighttime when it gets cold.

  • Merch: grab your merchandise during the early entry days if you can, things sell out and you don’t want to miss out. Eftpos and cash out are available at the merch tent.

Caravan and towing essentials

  • Levelling ramps and wheel chocks.

  • Extra guy ropes, awning tie downs, and durable pegs, it can get windy!

  • Grey water hose to run onto the ground, you’ll need to dig a small hole for your grey water to run into.

  • Tyre deflator, compressor, puncture repair kit.

  • Do a spare tyre check before you leave.

  • Recovery gear appropriate for your setup.

Toilets (Important)

Whether you run cartridge or composting, you must be self contained. There are no dump points available on site, so plan ahead. If you use a cassette toilet, bring an extra cartridge if you have one or use the toilets availabel on site. For the composting users, freshen up your #2 bucket so you know you wont need to change the peat toilet while at the bash.

Communication and safety

  • UHF radios for convoy coordination and communication between your campsite and the concert area. Especially good for families with kids who are allowed to roam.

  • Offline maps downloaded, plus a paper backup if you use one

  • Download the Mundi Mundi bash app, an offline appthat gives you everything you need to know while at the event. Download here.
  • Bring a Starlink (or use a friends who’ll let you connect) for internet and communication, there’s no phone service on site.

Step 5: Keep an eye out for Torus RV’s travel info

We’ll publish a simple guide that covers:

  • Broken Hill meet up details (when confirmed)

  • Convoy options and suggested routes

  • Arrival tips and how to find the Torus crew
