About Us

At Torus RV, we’re a proudly family-owned Australian business with a genuine passion for caravanning and off-grid travel. Over the years, we’ve worked hard to earn the trust and respect of our customers, and that commitment has helped solidify Torus RV as a trusted name in the Australian caravan market.

With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and real-world usability, we build caravans designed to handle Australia’s toughest conditions while still feeling comfortable and practical for everyday travel. Our range of caravans is extensive, with layouts and sizes to suit couples, families, full-time travellers, and weekend adventurers alike. Whether you’re heading off the beaten track or touring the open highways, there’s a Torus RV to suit your travel style.

What truly sets us apart is our team. Our knowledgeable staff live and breathe caravanning, and many of them own and travel in their own Torus RVs. That first-hand experience means you’re not just getting sales advice, you’re getting practical insight from people who genuinely understand what matters when you’re on the road.

We also believe your caravan should reflect you. Torus RV offers flexibility with colours, layouts, and selected design changes, working closely with you to create a van that suits your needs and feels like your own. Our goal is to help you build your dream caravan, not just sell you one.

With over 20 years of experience producing vacuum sandwich panel composite caravan products, we utilise GRP and XPS in what’s known as the XPS Core System. This system is fire retardant, hail resistant, rot proof, and offers exceptional insulation, rated at R5. For comparison, the average Australian home is rated at R3, meaning Torus RV caravans provide significantly higher insulation than a traditional home!

Our vans are constructed using a one-piece 30mm wall and a 30mm one-piece domed roof that is strong enough to walk on. Combined with a structural one-piece 50mm sandwich panel floor, this construction method results in a caravan that is up to twice as strong as a traditional framed caravan.

To give you complete confidence in your purchase, every Torus RV is backed by a 10-year structural warranty, reinforcing our commitment to quality, durability, and long-term support.

At Torus RV, we’re not just building caravans, we’re helping Australians travel further, stay longer, and enjoy the journey with confidence.
